Meet with us

Complete the Intake Form to speak with us. We’ll talk with you about your practice, goals, general financial information, what you feel like you need help with, and what you hope to gain from a partnership with us.

Collect your firm’s financial information and internal systems information.

We gather the relevant financial data from you to determine our suggested scope of services.

Most recent tax returns and annual financial statements, access to accounting systems.

Listing of your primary software providers (related to accounting, billing, and expense tracking).

File Review

We review the financial data provided and follow up with any questions.

4.

Engagement Proposal

After our file review is complete, we will send you our engagement proposal which includes our suggested scope of services, quote, and timeline for onboarding and engagement. We also provide any quick insights on potential cost-saving opportunities with minimal business interruption.

5.

Client onboarding and education.

Our successful relationship will hinge on our ability to deliver the service you need in a manner that works for your firm and our firm. Our onboarding process begins with meeting with you to discuss our deliverables to you and timing of the same, how we communicate with each other, and data privacy & security.

6.

Implementation and Monitoring.

Initiate work based on the agreed upon scope of services.
